In order to serve the French group FIGEAC AERO in its new aeronautical project located in the industrial zone of the Nouaceur aeropole, Arpio Architects has oriented itself since the conceptual phasen towards an intelligent and energy-efficient technological architecture in the organization of its various parallel workshops.

The insulated double freestanding structure covers of the various workshops have a respective span of 30m and 15m, as well as a double orientation and cross ventilation allowing optimal natural lighting.

This project, carried out as part of a restricted consultation reserved for Moroccan architectural firms specializing in industrial architecture, was carried out through the use of BIM, usually used in all Arpio Architects projects, and which made it possible to answer quickly to the needs of FIGEAC AERO in total respect of its budget following the selection of Arpio Architects as architectural agency in charge of the project
